Whether your interest is school aged gymnastics or being a part of a Competitive team, Ten Point O Gymnastics has just the right program for you.
For girls and boys from Kindergarten through high school, our programs are designed to provide our members with fun-filled classes in a supportive environment. All our classes — Recreational and Competitive — focus on both the physical and social benefits gained through gymnastics.
Students in Ten Point O gymnastics classes actively concentrate on developing strength, flexibility, balance and other important fitness skills. At the same time, our developmental teaching techniques enable our instructors to help each participant learn to work independently and with others, develop body awareness, follow directions and enjoy a positive attitude and increased self-confidence.
